Lantern Loon

Lantern Loon was established in 2004 as a means of providing freshly cooked sous vide meals to the homeless of Santa Barbara. Since 2004, we have expanded into other cities such as San Diego and Anaheim.

Why this site?

We are making this site in order to help educate more people on the art of sous vide cooking. Not many people know about this super easy way of cooking meals. People are often hesitant to take our meals or advice regarding sous vide, because it is foreign to them and scares them.

Our Aim

We are hoping that more people will become comfortable with sous vide cooking; and therefore our cooking.
